What is included in your golf concierge service? +
We handle curated itinerary design, course recommendations and reservation assistance, bilingual support from planning through your round, equipment coordination if you're not traveling with clubs, and dining and cultural recommendations for your day on the course.
How do I book a golf experience? +
Complete our booking form with your preferred dates, golf preferences, and any special requests. We'll send a sample itinerary and estimate for your review, with room to request changes before you confirm. Once you're satisfied, a booking deposit secures your trip and is credited toward the total cost. Final payment is due 15 days prior to departure.
Can you help with transportation and dining? +
We're happy to help with reservations for activities and dining, though options may vary in availability — larger groups should book well in advance. Arranging transportation and full travel packages is a regulated activity in Japan, so those bookings fall outside our concierge scope, but we'll point you in the right direction.
What is your cancellation policy? +
A non-refundable $100 USD deposit secures your reservation. Cancellations made within 3 days of your golf round start date are non-refundable. Failure to pay in full 15 days prior to your round allows us to cancel the booking, with any transportation cancellation fees invoiced separately. If the course cancels due to severe weather, you'll receive a partial refund excluding the deposit and transport fees.
