Introduction

Tee Time Japan, an online golf concierge service based in Japan, specializes in personalized golf experiences designed to offer visitors an authentic, immersive, and memorable golf experience in Japan. When you use our services, you accept these terms and conditions ("Terms"), which establish the legal relationship between you (the Client) and Tee Time Japan (the Company). Please review these Terms thoroughly prior to booking.

Tour Bookings

1. Booking Process

To reserve a golf trip with Tee Time Japan, you may either complete the online booking form on our website or directly contact us to request a golf reservation.

Upon receiving your request, we will provide a golf booking proposal detailing the included golf courses and total cost. Agreement to the proposal is followed by issuance of a booking deposit to cover booking processing costs. Final payment is required 15 days prior to your to finalize your golf booking.

2. Changes and Cancellations

We recognize that travel plans can be subject to change. To modify or cancel your booking, contact us at your earliest convenience. The cancellation policy is as follows:

• A non-refundable deposit of USD $100 is required to secure your custom reservation and cover booking processing costs. This deposit is credited against the total cost of your trip. A higher deposit may be necessary for bookings that are either last-minute or involve intricate planning.

• Failure to make full payment 15 days prior to the date of your golf round allows Tee Time Japan to cancel the booking.

• In the event that a golf round is cancelled by the golf course due to inclement weather, clients will receive a full refund for the booking fees paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

3. Golf Trip Prices

Golf trip costs, based on the detailed itinerary and services in the proposal, are subject to change due to factors like currency fluctuations and governmental taxes. Significant price changes will be communicated before final payment is due, offering you the option to proceed or cancel without penalty.

4. Golf Course Reservations Inclusions and Exclusions

Golf course reservations are inclusive of a 35% agency fee, and 10% sales tax. Costs outside of the golf reservation scope, like travel to the golf course, visas, insurance, and personal expenses, are not covered.

5. Liability

Tee Time Japan is not liable for personal injuries, death, or loss of property incurred during the golf round. Clients are responsible for their safety and belongings. While the Company provides necessary support in the event of accidents, it does not cover resultant costs.

Cancellations initiated by Tee Time Japan will result in a full refund, excluding any non-refundable deposits. No liability for additional costs, will be assumed.

6. Insurance

Clients are strongly recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and loss of property for protection against unforeseen incidents.

7. Data Protection

The Company adheres strictly to data protection laws and regulations in Japan, committing to the responsible collection and use of personal data as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to these Terms fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Japanese courts.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will initially be addressed through informal negotiations. If unresolved, mediation, arbitration, or alternative dispute resolution methods may be pursued.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between Tee Time Japan and its clients, superseding all prior agreements. Amendments to these Terms require written consent from both parties.

By accepting these Terms, clients confirm their understanding and agreement to all conditions set forth, ensuring a clear understanding of mutual rights and responsibilities for a safe and enjoyable experience.
