2. Initial Booking Fee
   A non-refundable initial fee of $250 per person is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is credited against the total cost of your trip. A higher deposit may be necessary for bookings that are either last-minute or involve intricate planning.

3. Draft Itinerary
   We will draft a detailed itinerary including selected golf courses, logistical arrangements, and a preliminary budget for your approval and input.

4. Booking Confirmation
   Your booking is officially confirmed once we receive a 50% deposit of the total cost of the tour. Following this, we will finalize arrangements for golf, dining, and any additional activities.

5. Detailed Itinerary
   We will finalize and present a personalized itinerary and begin preparations for your arrival.

6. Balance Payment
   The full balance of your trip costs is due 90 days prior to your departure. After payment, all that’s left for you is to look forward to an unparalleled golfing experience in Japan!

Deadlines & Changes to Itinerary
Please inform us of any significant modifications to your itinerary no later than 45 days before your tour begins to ensure we can best accommodate your needs.

Reservations & Bookings
Tee Time Japan is available to help with reservations for activities and dining, although options may vary in availability. Larger groups should consider booking well in advance due to higher demand, and be aware that some reservations might come with cancellation fees.

Golf Clubs
Being serious golfers ourselves, we highly recommend bringing your own golf clubs for the best golfing experience. Booking your golf clubs for a flight is a seamless process. When purchasing your airfare, simply select the 'sports equipment' option, commonly available across most airlines. This selection will provide you with all necessary details regarding weight and size limitations, as well as associated fees. The costs for your golf clubs will be conveniently included in the overall ticket charge by the airline.

Dietary Concerns & Needs
In Japan, there is limited recognition of special diets such as vegetarianism, veganism, and less common food allergies compared to other countries. Many restaurants may not accommodate changes to their menu, and some may refuse altogether. Additionally, with limited English spoken, caution is advised for those with severe allergies.

Most airlines allow you to check one golf bag (per passenger) as a standard item of checked baggage, as long as equipment is contained safely and meets the size requirement. Standard baggage charges apply.

Golf Checked Bag Requirements

• Standard baggage allowance and fees based on cabin and travel region apply

• Golf bags weighing over 50 lbs. will be charged the applicable excess weight fee

• If the outside linear dimensions (length + width + height) exceed 115 linear inches (292 cm), the item will not be accepted

• Items in excess of baggage allowance will be subject to additional or overweight baggage fees

Visa Requirements
Most travelers do not require a visa to enter Japan and will receive a 90-day visa upon arrival. It is advisable to verify your specific entry requirements before traveling.

Travel Insurance
All guests are required to secure comprehensive travel insurance for themselves and any dependents prior to their arrival in Japan.

Currency & Cash
As Japan continues to favor cash transactions, we suggest bringing sufficient cash or planning to withdraw yen at airport ATMs. ATMs in convenience stores also generally accept most international cards.

Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change, leading to possible alterations or cancellations of your trip. Should this occur, please contact us immediately. We are committed to accommodating your needs as best as possible.

We recognize that travel plans can be subject to change. To modify or cancel your booking, contact us at your earliest convenience. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• A non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is required at booking to secure your reservation and cover booking processing costs.

• Cancellations made 90 days before the golf round start date incur a 30% cancellation fee of the total trip cost, covering rebooking and preparation costs.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the golf round start date are non-refundable.

• Failure to make full payment 45 days prior to the tour allows the Company to cancel the booking without refunding the deposit. Additional cancellation fees from hotels or services will be deducted or invoiced accordingly.

If cancellations are made by the golf course on the day of your round due to weather, clients receive a full refund, excluding the deposit.
